Notes and Comments
etree.org lists a source for this show as:
(Schoeps mk41-cmcg->Sonosax SX2->DAP1->D8 R300->ZA-2->CDR->EAC->WAV->SHN )

I think that's what this is, but it came to me as a trade on CDR with no further info...
I (re)ripped it with EAC, so let's call it DAUD->CDR->EAC->WAV->SHN, shall we?

Subject: WoWza !
This was one helluva weekend. After camping at nearby Lake Casitas for a World Music fest my baby sister and I drove 15 miles up to see Phil. It was a glorious Sunday. What a freakin" show ! These guys were firing on all cylinders. Hanson brothers were boogeying in the pit and the Vibe was tremendous. The kind of night that if the world ended it would have been ok. One of the highlights of my life.
At one time I had a copy of this show taped by a friend Sandy Alexander RIP using his Neumann km254 mics. I like my bass LOUDY LOUDY ! Check this show out.

I've rarely heard such a cool love story before. I'm glad you two are happy.

This show sounds great, and the Broken Arrow is indeed a highlight

Subject: Road Trip
What a great show and an incredible venue. We secured tickets in the Triple Rock the previous night after the Greek show. Hit the road in the AM and we were rewarded! What a night & a birthday show as well. Good stuff - listen in!!

Subject: A sad day for me
I was on the summer sessions tour 99 and missed this show because my uncle dick died in NY.I spent the show outside because I couldn't face the crowd. Now ten years later this show brought tears to my face. I will never forget this day. Who ever taped this thank you dearly

Subject: An amazing show!!
I will never forget this show. I went with a group of people (phriends) I had only just recently met. One of them was a girl named Beth. Unbeknownst to her, I was smitten. Because I was, I moved myself directly behind her just as the show began. During Broken Arrow there was a flash of light and the sky cracked open in front of me. I was sober... but I was seeing some very clear images. I saw Beth as my bride... a baby running over a hard wood floor... grandkids. I was completely over whelmed. Later... after the show, I was with my new group of friends. As we lay there savoring the incredible show we had just experienced, Beth sat next to me and said, "Broken Arrow is going to be my wedding song." And it was. And mine. We met at the witness tree and left the whole world behind. Six amazing years, 2 kids and many glorious moments later Beth and I keep moving across the water. Thank you Phil and Friends... Thank you Robbie!! Thank you to whoever taped this monumental show.

I was lucky enough to be at this show and it was indeed a fantastic musical journey. The venue is amazing, set against a rocky cliff that holds the sound in just right. All the players seemed be having a great time and it shows in this wonderful recording. Being my first Phil show it certainly set the bar high for future shows. Mule and Moe. opening the show was the icing on the cake for that most memorable Summer day!

Wow! This show is incredible. The chemistry between these guys this night is almost effortless. Kimock and Haynes are great together and Kang and Hollingsworth are a very special treat. The setlist is full of yummy jams...most of my favorites anyway. Broken Arrow is gorgeous. So don't waste any more time and get this now. Would have been nice to be there.

Subject: hot show
Unfortunately I missed this show, which seems to be one of the hottest of this tour, the tape I've had for years is one of my all time favorites, Phil, Kimock, Kang, and Kyle, that's a hot combo right there, and you can tell this venue set them on fire! Lot's of highlights but for me a couple are the broken arrow, and the franklin's, check it out!
